I am Ewa. A Yogini & KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. My Spiritual name is Jind Amrit Kaur - The Princess who is the Amrit Nectar of the Soul ♥

I have traveled around the world, looking for love & a place to call home. I've met many different people, lived in many places. I lost my dad when I was 10 years old, I have got my heart broken a few times..I nearly died twice. I have cried a lot..laughed a lot..& I've smiled even more... & what my yoga practises has taught me more than anything else is, that no matter where you go, with whom you are or where you are..true happiness & unconditional love can only be found in your heart..& home is always where your heart is; so stop looking somewhere else ♥ ♥

 

My interest in yoga and meditation started back in 2003 when I was living in Australia, after years of traveling around the world. My very first class was on Bondi Beach in Sydney, where my lovely friend and mentor Cecilia tought me Tibetan Yoga, & introduced me to meditation. I remember I felt a sense of ease, joy and happiness that I had never experienced before...as if my "worries" did no longer exist. Later, that same friend took me to a Hatha yoga class, which I then started to practise. I have also practised Ashtanga Yoga and Bikram yoga, but from the moment  I discovered Kundalini, I knew straight away this was my thing - it was love at first sight :)

Besides from my Kundalini Yoga teacher training with renowned Shiv Charan Singh as lead trainer (KRI Level 1 International program as taught by Yogi Bhajan) I have studied Feng Shui, Clutter clearing & Spaceclearing with Karen Kingston, and I have done a meditation course with the clairvision school (Awakening the third eye, by Samuel Sagan).

 

 

 A little bit more about me:

 Exercise

 I use to do all kinds of sports & being a complete gym-freak too :) - Now I practice kundalini yoga & meditation daily, sometimes for hours. I love being close to the nature,  do some rockclimbing,  go for a walk or a swim in the sea!

 Diet

My philosophy when it comes to food is: You are what you eat & eat to live, don't live to eat!

Inspiration can come from anywhere & anyone . I admire people who have the courage to follow their heart, people who stand up for what they believe is right for them, regardless of what others might think.  I get inspired from many people, but to mention a few, I am a big fan of Yogi Bhajan,  Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti, Osho, Paulo Coehlo, Karen Kingston,The Dalai Lama and many many more...
